Southern Hills Bible Conference – Jan 26-28

The church is buzzing with excitement as we approach our annual Bible Conference. We are only days away from this incredible 3 day event! Here is what’s in store:

Evangelist David Young – Sunday, 6:00pm
This incredible speaker will be kicking off our conference on sunday night. David Young has been a personal friend of mine since I was a teenager. Yet this is not the reason he is kicking off our conference. Known for his contagious humor and passionate delivery this traveling preacher has touched the heart of thousands of Christians in hundreds of churches. To miss the first night of this event may prove a terrible mistake. Trust me… you’ll be glad you came!

Pastor David Teis – Monday, 7:00pm
Okay, he’s my dad. I guess that might have something to do with his occasional appearance behind my pulpit. However, what many may not realize is the extensive itinerary of this sought-after speaker. A veteran pastor of 35 years, David Teis knows the Word of God as very few. He has the masterful ability to explain a Bible passage, illustrate its truths and make application to the individual listener as very few I have ever encountered. This is the preaching I grew up under and I’m thankful to be bringing it to the church I pastor.

Pastor Jeff Redlin – Tuesday, 7:00pm
If you have never heard Jeff Redlin preach in person you have know idea what you have been missing. Some preachers are funny. Jeff Rediln can be hilarious. While Heather and I were in college we heard Jeff Redlin preach on multiple occasions. Often we would find ourselves bent over in deep laughter when suddenly he would bring out a spiritual truth that would be so impacting it would literally change our lives. Redlin’s grasp of Scripture is comparable only to his ability to connect with an audience. You won’t want to miss this incredible Bible preacher.

These are three of the four most influential ministers in my life. Who I am as a pastor and man is a direct result from the hours I spent under the preaching ministry of these 3.
